Abstract
In today's world, the revolution in communication technologies and the emergence of social media have positioned these platforms as powerful tools for the development of social connections. In this context, social networking serves as an effective means for personal and professional development, enhancing and creating social capital for both formal and informal institutions and organizations. This study aims to examine the factors and methods of social networking in Iran. Using a review methodology, it identifies and analyzes the factors influencing social networking within Iranian society. The findings indicate that "cultural and social institutions," "social events," "social media," and "influential social individuals" are among the most significant factors affecting the formation and strengthening of grassroots networks in our country. By effectively utilizing these factors, it is possible to not only enhance social communications but also take steps toward reducing cultural and social harms in various regions, thereby significantly increasing the social capital of society.
