Investigating the Effect of Social-Media on Good Urban Governance with a Smart City Approach in Isfahan

Abstract
The city as the origin of human civilization has always been considered by theorists of various sciences. The complex atmosphere of the city has forced thinking people to think about reforming and creating new urban structures in order to get rid of problems and failures in reaching a higher level of life. In the third millennium, information technology as the main axis of change and development in the world the achievements of the smart city and the electronic city have been considered by urban planners and city managers as an irreplaceable solution to urban problems. The present article with a descriptive-analytical and documentary approach showed that social media has an important role to play in components such as smart people and smart mobility in good urban governance with a smart approach. In the end, while concluding the contents of the strategies for achieving good smart urban governance based on urban smartening, taking into account the positive effects of social media is presented.
