Abstract
The emergence of the internet and subsequent proliferation of social media technologies represent a pivotal turning point in human history. This study examines the evolving role of social media in shaping human resource management (HRM) strategies and practices. Focusing on the question of how social media influences HRM effectiveness, the research analyzes its operational applications across communication, information dissemination, and organizational branding. Findings reveal that social media platforms enhance HRM functions through talent acquisition, employee retention, and job satisfaction improvement, thereby elevating organizational efficiency and productivity. The analysis underscores that increased social media utilization correlates with accelerated achievement of organizational objectives at reduced costs.
