بررسی رابطه میان کیفیت خدمات و مشارکت نمازگزاران در فعالیت‍های مذهبی مساجد شهر اصفهان

The purpose of this study was to determine the between quality of mosque services and participation of worshipers in the religious activities of the mosque of Isfahan city. This research was of fundamental type in terms of purpose and it was descriptive and correlation in terms of collecting data. The statistical population of this study included all worshipers in the mosques of Isfahan in the year 2019-2020, of which 384 were selected as the statistical sample by cluster random sampling and Cochran formula. The information was collected by the researcher-made participation in religious activities questionnaire and the researcher-made questionnaire on the quality of mosque services. The factual and content validity of the questionnaires was reviewed and verified by a number of experts. The reliability of the questionnaires was also 0.78 and 0.75, using the Cronbach's alpha coefficient in the questionnaire for participation in religious activities and the quality of mosque services. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics including mean, standard deviation and inferential statistics including Pearson correlation coefficient, stepwise regression analysis, and multivariate analysis of variance in SPSS 23 software. The results of calculating Pearson correlation coefficient showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the quality of mosque services and the participation of worshipers in religious activities. Considering the quality of mosque services and the participation of worshipers in religious activities are related and the participation of worshipers in the religious activities of the mosques can be explained by the quality of environmental services and executive agents of mosques, therefore, it seems that in order to participate more prayers in religious activities, it is necessary to improve the quality of mosque services.
