The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between communication skills and job satisfaction of Pars Oil Company employees. The present study is a descriptive-survey correlational study in terms of applied purpose and in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of management levels and experts of Pars Oil Company in Tehran, from which a sample size of 136 people was selected, was assessed by a standard questionnaire whose validity and reliability were confirmed. In order to analyze the demographic data and extract the central indicators, descriptive statistics and SPSS 24 software were used, and for the analysis of inferential statistics, the structural equation model and PLS2 Smart software were used. Findings indicate a positive and significant effect of variables of verbal skills, hearing and feedback on job satisfaction of employees. In general, the results of this study show that communication skills have a significant and positive effect on job satisfaction of employees.
