This study aims to examine the impact of media literacy on the strengthening of cultural identity among IRIB employees and to identify the effect of each dimension of media literacy (cognitive, aesthetic, emotional, and ethical) on the cultural identity of employees. The research was conducted using a survey method with a questionnaire as the data collection tool. The statistical population consists of approximately 391 administrative employees of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting in Tehran (Valiasr Street). Due to the relatively small population size, a census sampling method was used, meaning the sample size is equal to the population size. Pearson correlation test was employed to test the hypotheses. The results indicated a significant relationship between familiarity with the cognitive, aesthetic, emotional, and ethical dimensions of media literacy and the strengthening of cultural identity among IRIB employees.
